Planning and Policy is an important piece of any local government. The ease and efficiency with which companies and entrepreneurs can navigate the civic process and guidelines are critical for the business community. Specific to the Office of Creative Sector Development, creatives and innovation companies need to be able to quickly access information about growing and /or moving their businesses and what resources are available. The City of Loveland has made a concerted effort to streamline the process by reducing review times and adding electric document submittal. Staff is dedicated to providing assistance all along the way.

Additional resources provide information that validates the Economic Impact, vitality and spending patterns surrounding the Loveland creative sector and the placemaking that comes with having a vibrant and active arts/culture presence. This placemaking is of great importance in building and maintaining a place where people want to work and live and where tourists want to visit!
