The City of Loveland and the Office of Creative Sector Development partner on developing and implementing the various incentives available to the creative community. This includes façade matching grants for properties in downtown to providing the appropriate information on the Enterprise Zone tax credits administered through Larimer County.

Loveland, Colorado is also unique in its support of the creative community through the OCSD. Very few municipalities have committed to this sector as Loveland has with the formation and support of the OCSD.
